Carpathian Alliance Metal Festival
History: from past until modern times
The idea of organizing and holding the powerful extreme music festival Carpathian Alliance Metal Festival on the slopes of the Carpathians was born quite a long time ago, but only in 2011 organizers had been able to hold a number of activities and negotiations for its implementation.
The project covers such music areas as FOLK/PAGAN/VIKING/BLACK METAL and others. And in 2011 it was held not in the valley or forest, but directly on one of the most amazing peaks of the Ukrainian Carpathians – a mountain called ‘Vysoky Verkh’, at an altitude of more than 1000 meters above sea level, among the gray virgin forests, mist and heavy clouds.

In 2015 the festival moved to the city of Lviv, and was held at the recreation center “Lviv Switzerland”.
Starting from 2016 festival will be held in the capital city of Ukraine – Kiev in the ‘Druzhby narodiv’ park. Much more musical styles will be added this year, thus it will expand the audience and scale of the festival. Knights’ tournament will be held during the Carpathian Alliance Metal Festival, so it’s a good possibility to see a medieval battle. Additionally, visitors can relax on the beach, which will be located on the territory of the festival, or swim in the river. Official dates are 29-31 July.

Tickets
Ticket price starts from 300 UAH (10 passes for 3 days) up to 666 UAH if you purchase it in festival ticket window. For now all the tickets in a price range from 300 to 550 UAH are already sold out, so there is only an option to buy for 600 UAH and higher.
If you don’t like to buy a package for 3 days, there are one-day tickets available. Price starts from 450 UAH.
