The main idea of the project is to create a unique atmosphere for food lovers and gastronomic eaters. Street food festival in Ukraine was first conceived in 2013 on the territory of Platform art-factory in Kiev. It is an unusual place (working factory in the past) that was reconstructed for festival, exhibition, gallery, art-space and other needs. And until these days festival venue remains the same experiencing some external modifications form its organizers. Last time The Festival was  about American food and culture. Street food festival’s mission is to represent Kyiv city citizens the new stars of Ukrainian street food industry, support existing successful street food producers, provide such businesses an option to develop and cooperate with each other.

The main theme of this festival is Mediterranean food. This time Platform art-factory in Kiev Ukraine will turn into a Mediterranean resort with a variety of seafood as the main attraction.

This time organizers will surprise even the regular visitors. For the first time the festival will feature dishes made with octopus, mussels, oysters and brine directly from the shell, Italian risotto and pasta, French escargot, Greek gyros and souvlaki, Turkish gezeleme, Moroccan couscous, as well as the richness of the Mediterranean Sea.

There is also a private beach area with sun loungers and parasols, cool cocktails, cute lifeguards and water attractions provided. Fashionable clothes and accessories, sporting goods, entertainment, children’s clothes, as well as beach accessories: sunglasses, shawls, hats, bathing suits, inflatable mattresses can be found at Urban market.
