There are 13 countries which are not required to get an invitation from a Ukrainian part to obtain a visa: Albania, Australia, Bahrain, Guatemala, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.

Transit visa is required for foreigners who aim to use the territory of Ukraine as a transit platform while having another destination. The overall duration of staying while transit must not exceed 5 days. Required documents to obtain a transit visa: onward ticket + opened visa to the destination country. There is also an agreement to transit without visa for several countries

Long-term Ukrainian visa is required for those who aim to stay in Ukraine for more than 90 days for employment, study, immigration or business purposes. Required documents: financial confirmation of sufficient funds, lease contract or other accommodation documents, cash, contracts describing long-term staying purpose and other papers demanded by Ukraine embassy in your country.

An invitation from the government agencies, branches, offices, banks, religious organizations, representative offices of foreign enterprises registered in a prescribed manner can be considered as a basis for obtaining a visa to Ukraine.
